Happy Halloween! We're big fans of all hallows eve and so we thought we'd cook up something fun to celebrate.
This song is an extra-special collaboration with one of our nearest and dearest friends, Jimmy Brunetti.
Not only did Jimmy draw the cover artwork, but he wrote a poem that served as the inspiration (and many of the lyrics) for the song.
We were thrilled to welcome Rebecca Sykes back on the drum kit as well!

The sun dips beneath the trees,
Shadows over the seas,
Dense rows of corn stretch on for days
Turning left and turning right,
The high stalks loom at night,
You’re lost, and cannot find your way
Stop, look around, could’ve sworn
That something’s watching from the corn
A dream, dark and patient, lies in wait
Alone, you (now) pick up your gait
Swaying husks, a whispered chant
They know you’re theirs, escape you can’t
The night is here,
The game is done,
The corn maze claims another one
Without you,
The ears are listening,
I won’t claim another one.
The creature’s done, the town is gone
Vanished with the breaking dawn
Blood and husks are all that remain
Except for this haunted refrain
Outside the window, you hear a sound
